Brenda Maher serves as President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England, New York, and Hudson Valley Properties, where she leads the strategic vision and day-to-day operations across Connecticut, Rhode Island, Westchester County and the Hudson Valley, New York. Previously, she was the Sr. Vice President and General Manager of Brokerage for the tri companies.

She is recognized for building strong cultures, motivating high performance, and mentoring the next generation of real estate leaders in an ever-evolving industry. Her leadership has been shaped by years of hands-on experience, including her time as a top-producing agent as well as an owner of a successful independent brokerage, and more recently, an Executive Team member and key partner to the previous CEO in shaping the company's growth.
She holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from NYU. Brenda is a licensed real estate broker in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island
