Kathy Hazzard has been in the Real Estate business since 2003. She started as a Project Manager where she was the administrator and overseer for her parents non- profit organization. They developed and built a 10,3 million dollar affordable housing project (THE BRIGHT HARP FAMILY ESTATES) in South Jamaica, Queens, NY, which consists of 6 floors and 34 units. After that project was completed, she became a Real Estate Agent and has worked at Douglas Elliman, Blu Realty Group, The Corcoran Group, and currently at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York Properties in New York City and Berkshire Hathaway, Fox and Roach in Pennsylvania.
Kathy also has extensive experience in the entertainment business and has been on several popular Television shows, commercials and movies.
Kathy’s interests are: Theatre, Music, Acting, Public Speaking, Real Estate, Fashion, Travel, Grant, Foodie, (love new restaurants) and Freelance Writing.
