Born in Hong Kong, Candis moved to Brooklyn at the age of nine. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Brooklyn College and an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Before entering real estate, Candis worked in ophthalmology software sales and consulting. That experience strengthened her ability to explain complicated information clearly, identify her clients' needs, negotiate effectively, and manage detailed transactions from beginning to end.
Today, Candis combines her business background with firsthand knowledge of New York City's neighborhoods and housing market. She is especially passionate about helping clients find not only the right property, but also the neighborhood and lifestyle that will allow them to feel at home in New York.
Candis speaks fluent Cantonese and has a working knowledge of Mandarin. Outside of real estate, she enjoys exploring New York City with Brent and their daughter, Alexis, traveling, and scuba diving.
